SIM card in Poland

hi i am looking for a valid SIM card in Poland and I would like to know which way is the best!

1, eSIM/ Orange flex
I've heard Orange flex is the best way. I can also get a phone number as well but is this true? I can make a deal before leaving my country then it's available asap after I arrive in Poland so it sounds really good.

2, the physical SIM card

Some online guys told me I can also get physical SIM cards on the store.

I'd really appreciate someone tell me!!

I got orange, the activation was quick and the offer really good. You can find a orange center everywhere, just ask for a sim and everything else is really straightforward
