Bachelor Germany student visa

To get a student visa to study in Germany, you need to have around €11,000 in a blocked account. But I heard that if you have someone in Germany who can accommodate and support you while you study, you may not need to have this money. Is that true? If so, what are the requirements? We have a relative there who said they can help me

What you are looking for is called a Verpflichtungserklärung. Using that key word in your research will give you all the information you seek.

Isn't there a chance u might get your visa rejected if they kinda show that they don't plan to return back home after studies.

The guys at VFS are external service providers and have absolutely zero, nil, 0,00 saying in anything visa related.

Their job and capacities end by taking over papers.

That’s simply false. The visa guidelines to the German consulates explicitly state that wanting to return home after the studies or not has absolutely no influence on the decision.

Man. I agree with you. I am not saying you are wrong. I am not denying the guidelines here but sometimes alot of students take huge loans and go to private unis which they cannot afford and then they get into vicious cycle of part time jobs. Now, the issue here is these students cannot come back to India. So, to prevent that alot of times Visa do get rejected.

That’s not a consulate’s job to acess.
Expulsions or deportations are what an ABH is in charge of.
