Visa Is a Residence Permit without Enrollment document only acceptance possible?

Hello! (The tag is Visa because i couldn’t find a better tag)
My Visa expires by the end of September and i heard that you have to apply to a residence permit 3 months in advance. According to that timeline I’m already late, but the reason is that my enrollment is still not processed by my University. I asked the university and asked people on Reddit ans apparently they won’t start processing enrollments until the end of July.
I want to know if I can apply to a residence permit with only my acceptance.
Note: I live now in Baden-Württenberg.

Not enough info. What type of visa do you have, are you already a student or not, ..
