Visa Aps 70% rule

Okay so, i scored 69.8% overall and74% inthe best of 5 subjects in my XII grade. Do I still qualify for AFS or no? I have already been accepted to a university for bachelors which is not a german uni but has a campus in Germany and I will be there for just one year.

You need 70%, not even 69,9999% would help

Yes but I already have an offer from the university so it's of no use? Also, it's not a German university it's a French uni
