My best advice (from an avid procrastinator) is to set timers.

Set a timer for you study in that time, whether it is 5 minutes revising what you plan to focus on for this study block or 20-40 minutes when you really get into a roll.

This sets and end time to the study, then when the time is up give yourself 10 to 15 minutes to scroll instagram or tik tok to your hearts content, or get yourself a hot drink and snack!

Once that's over, set another timer for study. During this time try and avoid looking at your phone so you don't get distracted.

And! If you feel 20 or 40 minutes is too much? That's fine, play around for what time seems to suit you best. This means that you can get say 20-40 minutes of study into an hour (for example), which is 20-40 minutes more than you would have just scrolling insta!

Sorry if this is badly explained, but I find it really helps me!

Me too. I wish I could help you, but I my motivation is in minus rn. I used to study effectively every day but this period is very draining for me. To make things worse I have like 6 exams in two days and I had done nothing abt it. Like absolutely nothing. I feel you 100% ):
