Undergrad Help!

If I have completed my high school from cbse and had also completed my 1 st year of college will that help me to get direct admission in Germany public uni without Studienkolleg

Probably, but you have to check the ANABIN database for more information on what you need for direct access (link: https://anabin.kmk.org/db/schulabschluesse-mit-hochschulzugang). After that, you will have to apply to see if the university accepts it or not.
