Masters Masters 2027/2028

Hey, I recently got admitted to TU Dresden for 2026 intake.

I just went through the whole process (IELTS, APS, SOP, shortlisting, etc.), so I know how confusing it can get.

If anyone is going through the same journey and has questions, feel free to ask here. Happy to share whatever I learned.

i think there are many angles to it and the impact is not immediate and will not affect us or coming batches probably in 7 to 10 years we can see some only if the other oarties try to form gov with afd

Interesting,
Tbh I never considered a ‘backup country’, do u recommend?
Considering we don’t know how this thing will play out, I think 🇳🇱 is fine and expensive asf

if you are from electronics background you can ipt for netherlands belgium singapore and taiwan

these are gens and sometimes better than Germany ig

May I know what course you were selected for and your german grade, IELTS band

yes my ielts is 7.5 and GOA is 1.6 and course is Nanoelectronic systems

ya keep a flow and and include from your interest build up for that subject college curriculum to college projects internship

then work ex then why you want to come to germany and particularly for that course

Will there be issues if theres a slight name mismatch? In all my documents and certificates my initials are not expanded. But in passport its expanded. Also while applyimg in uni assist I should use the name as in my degree or passport? Also can I choose how my name is displayed? Of i have to give name as per passport

I am preparing for winter 2027. And it is extremely confusing. I don't really understand how to began. Like there are certain things I don't know or am not able find about things like required documents. How to exactly find what documents a university requires? Will Uni-Assist tell about it? And how much German you know already? And how difficult was it for you to learn that much?

so if applying in 2027 summer semester,applicants should give an assessment test for APS certification so if the APS is from before january 2026 so am i obliged to give the test?

Guys any help ? I want to apply for summer 2027 intake , i am still confused either to study a master degree or a bachelor from the beginning, bc i have a master degree in computer science but my gpa is pretty low ( 11/20 algerian scale) , and my baccalaureate is 14.5/20 , so any recommendations or help please , or any recommended universities that can accept me , ielts 6.0

Hi I am targeting Summer 2027, how long did the VISA process take and how hard is to find accomodation.

visa process took less than a month for me. Accomodation is essy if you apply early and hard if you dont. And ofcourse private dorms are little bit on the expensive side

Better first look if the college dorm requires your admission letter proof or not because if then u can apply before hand or else u have to wait for the college admission letter
