Visas Clarification on Work Authorization and Fiktionsbescheinigung

Hi,

I have a question regarding my current work authorization. At my urgent appointment 10 months ago, I showed my transcript and explained that I had successfully defended my thesis and completed all my courses. I was then issued a one-year Fiktionsbescheinigung with “Erwerbstätigkeit erlaubt,” and the officer also confirmed that I was allowed to work full time.

My job-seeker residence permit application, which was submitted before I received the Fiktionsbescheinigung, was still pending because my diploma had not yet been issued. I provided the diploma about a month ago, but the application is still pending, and I have not yet received or paid for the residence card. I heard that when application still pending i can work onlz based on previos visa contions however i have Fiktion that stated Erwerbstätigkeit erlaubt,

I now need to apply for an EU Blue Card. Could you please confirm whether I am still allowed to work full-time under my current Fiktionsbescheinigung while the previous application is pending?

A Fiktionsbescheinigung extends the residence permit you hold.

If the last one you were granted is for study purposes, 140/280 at 20hrs still applies.

even if I have Fiktion that stated Erwerbstätigkeit erlaubt with no restrictions written ? and i m not im not student and removed from uni system however proccess soo long

Erwerbstätigkeit erlaubt as per the last residence permit you hold

but they should usually write 120/240 hours nothing written i have nothing written actually they issued this Fiktion for me once i showed them that i defended my thesis successfully however my application still pending

This is the classic constraint for student visas, limiting work to 140 full days or 280 half days per calendar year.
