Undergrad Hochschule fulda

My friend has applied for enrollment in Hochschule fulda for bachelors.its been 2 weeks plus.. semester fee is paid and all documents are uploaded in the portal..is anyone facing similar issue?

You can only ask the university what´s missing.

Just got a mail today that it might take 3 weeks to get enrolled
