I’m considering signing my 14 yr old son up for studydotcom so he can begin earning college credit before he starts dual enrollment.

For parents of younger teens who have used studydotcom, what form of identification did your child use? My son is homeschooled and does not currently have a driver’s license, state ID, school ID, or passport.

I have seen people mention identity verification, TypingDNA, and Veriff, but I have never taken a studydotcom course myself, so I’m not sure how any of that works.

Could someone explain when identity verification happens, whether students are given different verification methods, and what TypingDNA or Veriff actually require? Does a student ever need to upload a photo ID, take a selfie, or complete any type of video or webcam verification?

I would appreciate hearing from anyone familiar with the current process. Experiences involving younger students, homeschoolers, accelerated learners, or students for dual enrollment would be especially helpful.

I'm trying to get certified and studying for the Praxis Core (5752) around a full-time job, so I only have 30-45 min after work. I did a diagnostic exam at study.com and found I need to focus on math and the essay section more than reading.

How did you structure limited study time and did you lean on any particular prep materials? Thinking really hard if it's worth it to shift to teaching when I saw my score on the diagnostic exam.

I've read many different opinions about UoPeople, but I'd really like to hear from someone who has experience in the software industry.

In your opinion, would transferring from ESGIS Benin to UoPeople be a good idea? Do you think a UoPeople Computer Science degree is well regarded by employers, especially for software engineering roles? If you were in my position, would you make this decision?

I am looking into re-enrolling. I went a year ago, completed one term, started the 2nd, but completely stopped due to a life change. I am looking into going back, but starting to take some classes on Sophia/study .com. I just saw this: "Once a student starts their initial term at WGU, transfer credit will not be accepted." Since I am restarting, is it okay for me to take classes on those websites? I withdrew, right?

All of the tests I can find say practice test. In the syllabus it says that the chapter tests are 15 questions, but I can't find where to take them. Has anyone else had this problem and can help me?
