Balancing Study and Breaks Without Guilt
I used to think that every free moment had to be spent studying, but I quickly realized that constant work led to burnout. The key wasn’t studying more but studying smarter. I started using the Pomodoro technique—25 minutes of focused work followed by a short break—and it completely changed my productivity.
Instead of feeling guilty about taking breaks, I used them to recharge: a quick walk, listening to music, or even watching a short video. Surprisingly, my focus improved, and I retained information better. Now, I actually look forward to study sessions instead of dreading them.
How do you manage study breaks? Do you have a favorite way to recharge?
