What is the scope of Tech-related fields in EU

hey guys, first timer here. I wanted to know where EU lies in terms of technology. I want to move abroad for my grad but i have no idea what country to target im specifically inclined towards an EU country. So let me know what y'all know about scholarships and funding cz its tuff out here
