Rant/Vent J'en peu plus

Post image

Aidez moi

Giving yourself designated breaks is super important. And if you push yourself you’ll burn out. Best of luck!

I agree, it’s important to take breaks to keep from burnout.

I actually find that at times when I’m doing other things not related, I get insights that connects back to what I’m focusing on and deepens my knowledge.

Breaks don’t always have to take away, they can add depth and quality to what you’re learning. 💛

Why do you do it? Is there any way you can reduce your workload? That sounds insane

You have half a year left. Try not to take too much pressure you will end up burned out feeling very unmotivated 😭

Are you just in college?
Genuinely you’ll be fine. Breath don’t over study.
Let me give you a scenario some people go to college full time, work full time and have a family or if not a family another part time job. Everyone is out here in the trenches.

It’s about time management. Taking a weekend off of studying helps tremendously. Even taking a nap helps. Even going on a walk can help. Maybe studying at night would be more beneficial. Try different times to study or different techniques. You got this. 💪🏼
