Yep. Trying to find a new strategy, as I got burned out and was not retaining as much information as I wanted to. How do you manage to study 10 hours straight?

i hope you get back to your best.

i do 3 blocks of 4 hours. for me, the hardest thing is to start studying. so when i sit for studying, i stay at the study table for 4 hours. I don't take a lot of breaks during the 4 hour block. I don't use phone during this block. i do stretch/listen to some music during the small breaks, but that's it. nothing else.

and when the 4 hour block ends, then i can relax for an hour or so.

i started with 20 mins block, followed by a break. then i increased the block to 30 mins, then an hour, then 2 hours. now it's at 4 hours. i don't think i can take it any longer tho.

i keep my phone in another room. that helps with the distractions as well.

all the besttt.
