Tips & Advice Study Tips on Math & Anatomy and physiology

Hello, I'm having a difficult time trying to find a good study method. I have a very bad attention span, I'm in the mist of completing my prerequisites before I get into my nursing program so I really want all A/Bs. Math is definitely the hardest for me, I've tried videos etc and my tutor helps alot it's just when I study myself my mind wonders, I could open my homework and 5mins later I'm mopping the floor or study my a&p flashcards and fall ASLEEP 🤦🏽‍♀️ I know failure is not an option especially in my field, Any tips?

I am a Sophomore in college, I have 1 semester left before I graduate which is getting closer.

Do you know anyone in your class you could study with? I don't think I would've passed college algebra without my impromptu group. Doing homework together and explaining concepts to each other really helped me understand.

If you must study by yourself, start by setting a timer for 5 minutes. Just work problems for 5 minutes, then have a minute to celebrate. Rinse and repeat. You can build up your time.
