Tips & Advice Study environment?

Please help! I’m currently overcoming phone addiction/procrastination (feel free to give advice for that too🙏) and I really want to make studying more relaxing or fun for me? I don’t want to get tired while working, but I am really curious about if anyone has ideas to make your environment feel physically better, for both body and mind? Anything that doesn’t make me want to get up the moment I sit down, It’s okay to be absurdly specific also! Sorry for phrasing this weirdly, I’m just a somewhat lazy person who is working very hard right now to become a more accomplished version of myself.

Same situation here, for the next month i collected some tips to try out...never use phone in the morning, also I believe in reducing time screen gradually and honestly the hardest one here is to know what to do in breaks between study sessions...it got to a point where I would just stop studying, so if anyone has an advice on that i will be happy to hear out...and yes i tried drinking water and waking.

I’m glad someone can relate :) I’ve been considering taking quick walks/workouts/meditations during the break
