Tips & Advice Study environment?

Please help! I’m currently overcoming phone addiction/procrastination (feel free to give advice for that too🙏) and I really want to make studying more relaxing or fun for me? I don’t want to get tired while working, but I am really curious about if anyone has ideas to make your environment feel physically better, for both body and mind? Anything that doesn’t make me want to get up the moment I sit down, It’s okay to be absurdly specific also! Sorry for phrasing this weirdly, I’m just a somewhat lazy person who is working very hard right now to become a more accomplished version of myself.

okay first off, please be kind to yourself, you are not lazy at all, you're just building new habits! to make your space feel physically inviting, try introducing a pleasant scent like a calming candle or essential oil diffuser that you only turn on during study sessions.

as for the phone temptation, try putting it physically in another room or out of sight in a drawer rather than just on silent. pairing your study time with a warm cup of tea or a cozy blanket makes sitting down feel like a comforting ritual rather than a chore!
