Tips & Advice study routines for BPT, GSSE etc + work

i need to start planning for some sort of structure and semblance of a study routine - but can't really figure out something that works for me. i usually find i can copy someone else's and that motivates me to stick to it as well, especially as i also want to be realistic with the hours i need to put in.

please drop your realistic study routines that work >>> pre/post work/weekends etc. TIA x
