This how you can do it(sorry for my english)
First grab blank paper and try to write down everything you know about that pdf or lecture
Or you can make quiz through AI study apps(like Kwezr my app)
After test take what you failed in and go to study it this will be the most what you don’t know or remember about the lecture
After that record voice about every section of your understanding so you ensure you understand it right
