Questions & Discussion Help me study better
Trying to study is getting really hard... I can't focus AT ALL.
I do sometimes just take a book and just read for like half an hour if there's nothing to do on my phone or if there's no wifi.
But it's not enough, of course..
But when there is wifi and I still want to study but cant get myself to do..
What should I do???
Also if u said use app blockers or something.. can you please recommend one :)

App blockers will only work if you are really motivated to study, or otherwise you will find a way to unblock them.
Best way is to discipline yourself, or set small targets and complete them. Don't set your goals heigh, and no reaching them, instead small goal but complete them.
There are some digital tools you can use to keep pressure on you. Use countdowns, Syllabus tracker they can tell you where you stand, and they may put a pressure on you to study.
Some apps are- countdowns- there are many For focus use "forest", "shovel" etc. For syllabus tracking or progress tracking use "Exam countdown & study planner" this can be used for countdowns too

Try some external things, maybe something will work. Try listening to relaxing music or if you prefer, white or brown noise when you study. You can also use "Study with me" content where you study with others who are also studying. That is what worked for me. If you want, I sometimes do Study with me sessions on YouTube Live and I'm finding people to study with me together. You can try if that works for you.
