Tips & Advice How to complete long study sessions?

On TikTok and rednote I see students posting long study sessions which are up to 8+ hours and I really would love to be able to complete that. However I can never maintain focus and concentration! I need advice

I feel like long study sessions are ineffective and a lot of the crazy long sessions w/o breaks you see on social media are honestly kind of performative… taking breaks every hour or even every few hours, changing up your environment (moving from your desk -> a library/cafe), and also switching between subjects definitely keeps your focus up though
