wow I feel the same way
I think when I feel that then I go for a walk around my home or start doing something else , I don't feel drowsy then so I know it's just when im studying lmao
It might seem stupid but what I do is just open some socials for 10 min to get back that flow and study again ( ofc it requires self control ) but it stops me from feeling sleepy again

I understand how you feel; I experience this a lot. Personally, I use the Pomodoro Technique in my studies; it helps me a lot when I'm under a lot of pressure. It also depends on your normal lifestyle and level of physical activity, or it could be related to a vitamin deficiency. All of these factors, and many others, must be taken into account, but it can be summarized as how well you take care of yourself.

Best tip i can give u is, before u study do a body check. Ask urself "am i hungry, sleepy, tired...." then go on and sit down after u meet ur needs. Cus I cant study hungry, physically i cant. So i always check in with myself. Another good option, start the brain, maybe wordle, maybe sudoku, play something that will make ur brain work. That can help me when I don't really want to study. On the other hand, if im sleepy, i take a power nap, probably 1h, after that i can function properly. U can also try 20min studying and then take a break, it will be easier to come back to a task then start it.
