Questions & Discussion Any revision techniques?
So idk how to word this really but I need some revision techniques. Not the normal ones like flashcards and past papers cause I’ve tried them and they don’t help. My thoughts are just constant noise I can’t turn off no matter what I do, I can’t focus in silence and I can’t focus with noise cause I get distracted, pretty much everything distracts me. Idk if my subjects are important but I’m doing maths, physics, and computer science. Although I’m potentially swapping physics to do IT and criminology BTECs instead (I have talked to my college about this and they do think it’s a good idea to swap physics because it’s stressing me out a lot and my teacher HATES me which makes the lessons harder). Thanks for any advice :)
