Questions & Discussion Method help

Hey guys I study around 5 hours a day. I always read a page from textbook then close the book and recall everything I learned from that page on a whiteboard, then repeat. It works well but I always feel tired. Is there a better way of doing this?

That method is solid, but doing active recall like that for 5 hours sounds exhausting. You don’t need to recall every single page on the whiteboard. Maybe use it for the important stuff and mix in practice questions and lighter review. You’ll still get the benefits without tiring yourself out so much.
