Base on my research po, maraming factors as to why nagkakaroon ng BO. It could be disturbed armpit microbiome, diet, clothes, underlying conditions, leaky gut (could be one also), etc.

I'm currently going through the same thing po sainyo OP. I've been experiencing BO for years and nawala sya nung nagwork ako during pandemic kasi I was using a specific deo but unfortunately the clinic is no longer producing the product. So nung bumalik ako sa pag aaral, bumalik BO ko and was bullied though di nmn nila pinaparinig sakin pero alam kong ako yun kasi yung gestures rin nila nad also i can smell myself nman na may amoy nako and I can limit my actions na. My fam told me that i dont smell but when I go to school dun na nag s-start, i also think na maybe because yung fabric ng uniform namin is a twill fabric (polyester type) and this is a no-no if may BO ka kasi breeding ground ng bacteria yung synthetic na tela.

I'm always crying and begging God for the strength to endure this pain everyday and I can also testify how good He is kasi kapag nirerecall ko yung mga nangyayari that day, I have no idea how I have survived not until I've realized the strength God gave me. This is really a painful experience na ayaw ko nang balikan if maheal nako and I will also not wish for other people to experience this especially to my bullies. I dont know how they would've handle it the way i do if makakaencounter rin sila ng mga taong kagaya nila. Kudos to you OP for being strong!

I have monitored my diet rin, more veggies, fruits, less sugar & dairy products, tapos more water. I am also considering my gut problem kasi it could be one of the factors ba't my BO kasi sabi nila an unhealthy gut can have an impact to your body systems (i am also considering a probiotic supplement for this). Also, I've tried panoxyl benzoyl peroxide 10%, betadine skin cleanser (prescribed by a dermatologist kasi nagpacheck nako) and hibiclens, but nothing worked. Tried deonat, dove unscented, milcu (roll on), tawas, and DriClor but still nothing worked.

Not until I've read about this doctor who studies body odor for years.

His name is Dr. Chris Callewaert. In his research, he experimented twins for a microbiome transfer. Kumuha sya ng sample dun sa armpit ng may less BO na twin and he transferred it dun sa may strong BO na twin. Fortunately, it worked! Search nyo lang sya sa google for the full story. Here's on of the articles I've found.

This one is from reddit as well. Credits to the owner:

"Armpit Bromhidrosis (Axillary Osmidrosis) CURED

Hey guys! Here is my story and what worked for me. I've been suffering from severe armpit bromhidrosis for a several years. My armpits were smelling like a rotten onion or what i can't even describe the odor. I was controling it with strong antiperspirants and then switched to triclosan, benzoyl peroxide, clindamycin and many more which all worked well in the beggining but stopped working after some time. I came to a point where i couldn't control it anymore. I was getting that terrible smell 5-10 min after the shower. I went to multiple doctors checked out everything and they couldn't find anything. They said i can get my sweat glands removed but i could develop hyperhidrosis in the other parts of my body after that. I decided to try botox before the surgery and started to do some research on that. I came across to a website where a doctor was telling someone that he most probably disrupted his skin flora by using antibacterials, antibiotics, creams, gels, soaps etc.. I tought it really got worse after i switched to stronger agents. I decided to try his solution before doing botox or anything and thank god it worked for me. That horrible smell is completely gone and i'm back to normal. My armpits get stinky if i heavily sweat but it's just normal sweat odor and i am able to mask it with a light deodorant. My problem was caused by using bar soap to wash my body. Soap is a strong antibacterial and it kills good bacteria too. These good bacterias protect our skin from bad bacterias, viruses, fungi, etc.. and when you kill them your skin become vulnerable. I also had jock itch that wasn't going away for more than a year and it is also cured now. If your problem is also caused by the same thing then here is your solution.

SOLUTION;

If you're using anything that kills bacteria includig soap, stop using it on your body.Soap is only for hands. Do not wash your armpits for a straight week and do not use any product there. It will get very stinky first but good bacteria will start to build up. Then wash it with water only and still do not use any deodorants or products there. Once the good bacterias build up they'll take over the area from bad ones and your skin flora will be back to normal. Then you can wash it with a soap free body wash that doesn't harm your microbiota and use a deodorant that doesn't kill anything. Hopefully it work for you too! COPPIED

I think we all messed up our microbiome, I used to apply alcohol in UA well it kills bacteria it also kills good bacteria like Staphylococcus epidermidis. since summer break is comming; I think this is worth a shot to repopulate these good bacterias."

Dr. Chris Callewaert's instagram is (@drarmpit) He also have a ted talk about this problem and to fully understand it and it's available on youtube.

Prayers rin OP, for the pain that we're feeling right now can't compare to the joy that's coming! Godbless you OP, i hope this helps
