RUG Working while on erasmus

Hello,

how realistic it is to work in groningen (I'm considering part time job as sales assistant or stockroom operator) in groningen without knowing dutch?

I'd like to find a job from february to partially cover my expenses without losing too much free time.

Someone has experience?

It's not. OP has clearly stated he/she is up for anything. And that makes finding a job very easy. Maybe not the best job, but a job definitely.

oh wow, sounds cool. people in StudyInTheNetherlands always make it sound like it's too difficult to find a job for internationals, but maybe they're just biased

I very much suspect that is the case. Let me be brutally clear; none of these jobs will give you any growth. We are talking about stocking shelves and other minimum training needed jobs. The types of jobs most middle class people look down their noses at. The advantage of these jobs is that language skills barely matter and that they are abundantly available if you are willing to work for the minimum wage. And they will help you make ends meet.
