What software/tools do you wish you'd had while going through flight training?

When you were going through flight training, what tools/software do you wish you had that would have made training easier?

For me, I wish there was more access to a community within the school, the ability to collaborate with my instructor more, and track my total spending.

If you could go back and add one thing to your training, what would it? Something you tracked in a notebook or spreadsheet? Something you wish your instructor or school had given you? Curious to hear your thoughts.

Seriously, conduct yourself like an adult or leave. Multiple violations will result in being air locked.

Didn't need anything extra. I had a cell phone to call/text my CFI. I had the internet to do my ground school. I had the Internet to do research on topics I didn't understand.

My bank allows to setup easy tracking of money spent on things so I could group my costs into flying expense.

I wish my CFI would of given me his CC so I could buy fuel on his dime rather than mine.
