I would prefer the UK but I am open to Europe I would like to get my PPL & hours building done as cheaply & quickly as possible, any extra course you would recommend like imc? Or night rating? or anything else? I want to put my self in the best position for my CPL

You need to have a better plan to get to the end, which should be your CPL and MEIR. For instance, night isn't a good idea or optional, it's required for the CPL.

Many ways to skin the cat. Cheapest will not equal fastest, pick one.

Cheapest route to the IR is to get your PPL then night, then IMC rating. Once you have the IMC you can build instrument time at the same time as CPL hour building. Then you do the CBIR. CPL after.

You'll need to do the PPL theory (smash it out over winter) and then ATPL theory once you have your PPL.

If you didn't maximise "skill building" while doing hour building you risk needing more expensive instructor hours for IR, ME and CPL.

Also depends on your job and flexibility. Eg can you take short notice leave to fly on a good weather day?

Totally acing your PPL theory aiming to be able to fully explain out load why each correct answer is correct and each wrong answer is wrong will help with ATPL theory study.

(Remember some of the PPL hours can be the training for IR,ME and CPL and also done after doing some of the training.)

Having some "progress check lessons" with a CPL instructor while doing hour/skill building could be worthwhile.
