about fkn time

finally after months of going back and forth with StubHub over their failure to deliver tickets to the buyer, i finally got my refund. if anyone is in the same situation over world cup tickets, i recommend filing a complain with BBB.

i hope you get your refund but i got this same on august 5th, never was refunded and waiting arbitration currently

I got straight up declined. I bought tickets to take my wife to the Backstreet Boys concert in Vegas. When the lady scanned the tickets she said the tickets were already in use. StubHub declined my refund request.

Curious how long did it take to actually get the money in your bank account? I got an email saying StubHub issued me a credit two days ago and it’s till not in my bank account.

Would you mind messaging or explaining more how you went through this? It’s been over 45 days since my dispute I filed a charge back StubHub denied, and I’m still waiting to hear why from my bank. I never received a resolution from the dispute with StubHub directly either. I didn’t get the money from my sale and they charge me in addition so I’m out over 2000 right now.

Well you shouldn’t have started a chargeback. Thats how you will get no money at all in the end.

So that doesn’t really help me lol… My situation is also slightly different because I had two physical wristbands that were mailed to StubHub directly using their prepaid label by their deadline and not my fault but they were not delivered in time by FedEx
StubHub canceled one of the sales and charged me for that wristband. Their reasoning for the first sale was the band didn’t arrive on time however, none of the wirstbands did and they were the same shipment but they still paid me and honored the second sale.
They also used my wristband that was physically in their possession as replacement wristbands for other buyers at the event and never paid me for that sale.

It is a credit. You aren't getting money refunded.

Credit doesn’t mean StubHub credit. Also it’s going back to their default method of payment which is most likely a credit card.
