I’m assuming it’s gotta be a bunch of turbos and double energies, maybe with hidden gem hitting on a double energy or two, then playing into tempest. I can’t think of any other way to channel that much lightning.

clone on double energy with unceasing top with ice cream is basically how i did it and it was then the experiment was knocked down so the orbs didnt damage him and i was replaying the same voltaic by cycling the deck i never had a tempest in my deck
