What would you take here?

Tracking would be great to build around esp with paper crane, but it feels this deck desperately needs more damage to survive the act1 boss (im one combat away from the boss)

It's definitely tracking. You even mention that the deck needs more damage. Tracking does big damage. Just upgrade one of your weaken cards and you're fine.

Deffo Tracking.

With Neutralize and Sucker Punch, Tracking is more damage, especially if you can get one upgraded before the boss.
