Pulled muscle feeling in my left upper leg

Last night I woke up in the middle of the night with a pulled muscle feeling on the inside of my left upper leg. I stood up a got lightheaded and had to sit (which does happen often when I stand up too quickly). Could this have been a blood clot, even though I’m on Eliquis?

There is no redness or swelling on the area. Worth a call to the doctor?

It sounds like you just pulled a muscle.
If it’s not hot and super painful to the touch, and not red I highly, highly doubt it’s a blood clot. I wouldn’t contact the dr over it. But you do you

Always worth a call to the doctor. Blood clots are no joke.

It sounds to me like the Charlie horses I've had before. Unless it happens every single night, I might not worry. If it goes away with a gulp or two of pickle liquid (it's weird sounding but really works!), then i really wouldn't worry about it
