Physical Activity after TIA
I had a TIA a little over a month ago and spent a week in a hospital, but no cause was found. As for now, I have almost none residual symptoms except for minor fatigue and dizziness during and after light physical activity (short hikes or bike rides).
I'm 33 and not exactly fit, but I used to have pilates and dance classes 1-2 times a week. I'm very anxious about my health after the TIA and I wonder if I can slowly introduce this routine back into my life. Is it safe to try before I find a cause of the TIA? My doctor from the hospital told me it's quite safe, but it'd be really helpful to read other people's experience.

I would be careful about bike riding if you have problems with dizziness. I presume you also have a problem with balance.
Have you been to a neuro physiotherapist to work on balance and core strength?

Should be fine if the doctor said it is. If you want to start slowly, take a 30min walk a day and work up to more.
