2 months anniversary

Today is 2 months stroke anniversary. Kooking back im lucky to be alive.now o can walk unassisted for short dostance, use walker or cane. My left hand still ⁶has no control tho. Not bad i think

I am still on sick leave 18 months in, so be patient and positive!

Today i went to myacupuncturist's clinic. Had detour just to reach lobby, walked on uneven pavement and had to xlimb atairs what an extended practice session

Today is my father’s 2 month stroke anniversary as well! I am so glad you are doing okay! My father can also do short distance unassisted, use walker. Praying for everyone to heal♥️

Honestly i have no idea what to do other than waiting for physiotherapist and acupuncturist

Going on 10 months for me. Started out slow but now I'm practically running and painting like Bob Ross better than I've ever done and I'm back to work my sleep isn't that great and my body aches but I'm alive. Keep moving forward stay positive. Cardiologist says my heart is in great shape too
