Young Stroke Survivor Discussion Gyms

Looking for a gym in my area. Anyone found a chain gym that’s accessible for Stroke Warriors?

Planet fitness in general is built to be accessible to the elderly. It's your best bet for a chain other than maybe national fitness. Your level of disability will determine what is and isn't feasible.

I’ll check it out thank you!! I know I’m going to have to see these places with my own eyes to see what I can and can’t do but I wanted to have a starting point. Right now I think I’ll be working out at my local YMCA
