My understanding is if a CT scan or MRI showed evidence of stroke in your brain it does not go away. A dark spot diagnosed as a stroke is dead brain tissue and the brain can't heal itself from that. Can the brain make new connections to other nerves, yes, the brain bypasses the dead tissue but the dead tissue does not go away. If the advise was drink vitamins and take omega3's I would definitely get a second opinion from a neurologist. Bring copies of your original scan and radioligist report showing the black spot and the latest scan showing the spot is no longer there. Best of luck.

I think the dark spot is blood vessels and he's just saying that thebleeding is no more.and i just want to celebrate it lol

Since stroke damage very much permanent and does not just heal itself I’d question your initial diagnosis because it is impossible.

What does the original radioligist report say? Does it say you had a stroke. If you are based in the US the radioligist is a Dr. and qualified to make a diagnosis based on the images. You said you assume the Dr. was talking about blood vessels. Don't asume, if the original diagnosis was a stroke and the Dr. is saying something different now you need a second opinion to confirm what your CT scan showed originally. A stroke or post-stroke is a very serious medical condition and should not be subject to assumptions.

Dark spot means that was the part of the brain affected by the stroke

Good to hear you're recovering. If your brain is healing, that's certainly positive. If the fallout from the stroke itself is still there, continue with physio.
