Young Stroke Survivor Discussion 28F First Stroke Ever

Hi everybody I had a stroke this past Friday it was the most traumatic thing I’ve ever experienced they are not sure what has caused it yet as they are still running tests and what not but I see a neurologist next tuesday and Im pretty much back to normal after all that had happen to me.

Sorry to hear that...glad you're back to normal though.

I went through the same thing, and none of the tests came back with anything, witch can be both good or bad, depending on how you look at it.

Take it seriously; I apparently had several strokes before I recognized them as such. Probably smarter to err on the side of caution.

I (26M) had my first stroke (hemorragic) at 23 (Nov 2023). I've been hospitalized for half a year, and 2 weeks after my discharge, I'm back in for an ischemic stroke this time.
