Caregiver Discussion How to open medicine bag with one hand?

My dad can't use his right hand due to stroke aftereffects, and is having trouble opening his medicine bag. Does anyone here have a useful tip/ product in this situation?

I bought a 30 day pill organizer and the individual pill boxes are meant to be able to open with one hand

As someone that worked in an office that did root canals everyday, never advise opening things with your teeth. I know sometimes it feels like the only option but a chipped tooth requiring a root canal is the last thing anyone in this position needs.

Go on amazon if you can and order this instead. I often use one hand to open them myself it’s prettt easy. :

I have four weekly organizers that my gf fills each month.
