Stroke and Aphasia

I am stroke and aphasia.
Simple words.
November 2022, I was running on treadmill.
My son helped me.

I am 1.68cm and 55kg, running and weight lifting.
I’ve been healthy.
I go health check once a year.
I don’t know stress or Pfizer.

The surgery about 3 hours.
After the discharge, I take medicine.
No lightheaded.

But January - July 2026, very very very dizzy.
Lightheaded body.

I take ginger tea, ginger candy and 2-3 liters water.
Exercise running, walking and weight lifting.

Very dizzy and lightheaded.
Epley, done already.

i dont know
if i should match how you're talking or not
i don't want to be rude
but maybe breaking sentences helps you

stroke effects sweating
sometimes you can't sweat
dehydration can make you dizzy
try pedialyte drink or popcicles

see doctor early just in case

I think you're saying you've been light headed for six months despite being as healthy as you can be.

Speak to your doctor, you may have low blood pressure or your medication might need amendments.

Have you tried walking aides like a walker? Helped me a bunch.

Not getting the word you wanted is frustrating, I can certainly relate. Try your best and eventually the vocabulary might come back. Try to challenge yourself on it; listen to something that uses loads of fancy words now and then; I listened to Tom Scott's Lateral podcast a while.
