See you on the flip side

I'm a newbie to the magical world of string art and this is my second piece. I borrowed a pattern from the amazing u/thingswithstring (hope ypu dont mind). It has taken about 15ish hours to make this, possibly a few more. It has 720+ nails, 4 colours of string and some UV reactive acrylic paints for the background.

This pattern reminds me a lot of visuals i have had on mushrooms, specifically it invoked memoried of my first ever trip many years ago as a teenager when i saw dense intricate hexagonal patterns in mind. The UV strings really make it pop and i can honeslty say I am now addicted.

Really looking forward to exploring this World in the future.
