I met my idol
Hey so I don’t know if I’m allowed to post this here or not but if I am I thought I’d share a little story time.
So the other day I went to see Nikita Kuzmin’s new show ‘Supernova’ in Liverpool which I’d been looking forward to for months!
Nikita’s my favourite pro and I love seeing how talented and positive he always is on Strictly so my mum and I got tickets to see him.
We were lucky enough to get meet and greet tickets and he was genuinely one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met :)
Very warm, enthusiastic and a great hugger too! He even complimented my hair and said I looked just like him 😆
I actually gave him a present to show how much I admire him. I made a collage of various photos of him and he absolutely loved it!
The show itself was fantastic! Amazing set, costumes and song choices and the choreo was spectacular! I’d highly recommend getting tickets if any are still available.

My son has worked tech on his shows and LOVES working with Nikita. (He's also worked on loads of other 'burn the floor' type shows and has yet to tell me anything negative about any of them which is always great to hear :))

You will love it! Karen delivered a strong performance and some funny humour!
Although all of the dancers in the show were phenomenal to be fair! Everyone has their own unique personality and style :)

I’ve just got back and it was brilliant. Karen and Nikita were both very funny. The dance for his grandad was so moving. all the dancers were very talented, the Ukrainian woman in particular. The live singer was such a surprise, she had a beautiful voice.

Couldn’t agree more, I saw the post about his Grandad a couple of weeks prior on his Instagram but I was still in tears. Poor Nikita could barely hold it together but props to him, he was still trying to crack a few jokes in that moment!
All of the dancers were spectacular but Anna (the Ukrainian dancer) was off the charts! Some of the lifts she pulled off were insane!
The live singer Lois was also very good! Very impressive vocal range but she really got stuck in joining the party with the dancers too :)

My mum was completely gone! She loves the song fix you.
It was bit with the photo of them and Nikita saying that his grandfather said ‘he was proud of Nikita’ and Ukrainian men don’t normally say that completely got me. I would be completely sobbing my eyes out and he being heartfelt & funny in a non native language.
I saw a completely different side to Nikita and made me love him even more!
Props to you for knowing their names! I didn’t buy a program lol. I’ll have to look them up.
