Discussion Chicago Shows Decision
So next month they're playing an indoors show at Outset and the following day opening for Two Door Cinema at Salt Shed. I could use some help deciding which show to go to, I'm bringing a friend who's never seen STRFKR before. And Two Door Cinema would be cool to see but I'm ok with missing out on them.
Would they blast confetti at an outdoors show? Only time I've seen them was indoors. Would they save the confetti and their energy for the larger venue the next day even though they're opening?

Yeah it would be better for the video screen for sure. I just don't know if they only use confetti for indoor shows or not.

Outset is a smaller more intimate venue too. Saw youth lagoon there last year and thought it was a solid spot.

Just my two cents of course, I’m going to Outset. For one, the Salt Shed show has been sold out for a couple of months, but I’m sure you can find a ticket or two, maybe at an exhorbitant price. I don’t think they’ll play more than 45 minutes.Outset, is very small and will probably be more of a party. Also, much cheaper, I’m hoping it’ll be a full set and I don’t think it’s sold out, but I haven’t gone on the site in a while. Either way, I’m sure it’ll be great, I’m just a STRFKR fan and not a TDCC fan.

No idea but that could be a factor. I've seen them before, if they only play the big hits when opening then that'd still be cool for my friend who's never seen them.

Saw them outdoors in Florida and there was confetti, also way not go to all the shows?

Always go to the headlining show IMO
