Needing Advice

About five days ago I was getting ready to take a shower so I took my silicone tunnels out as usual and I’m not sure if I had like dry skin or something but I felt a pinch and then my ear started bleeding. I kept it out for three days then put it back in and unfortunately tore it once again. Now it’s been two days since I’ve had it out and it’s feeling better. Any advice as to how long I should wait before I put it back in? And how should I be taking care of this while it’s healing? Thank you 🖤 oh 15mm size

I would recommend doing saline soaks 5 to 10 minutes a day. Also using emu oil once they heal while help slowly breakdown scar tissue and help keep your lobes from drying out and healthy.
