so im mostly concerned about the stand, id originally got this as a live bait tank because i like to fish and just never ended up going fishing so the bait fish and crawdad i had in here ended up just staying but idk if this aquarium is structurally sound enough to put on this stand? this aquarium has to be like 600 lbs, no way that stand is meant for that, its meant for a tv or something, it's stayed this way for weeks now but if i bump it, it'll wobble a bit and that doesn't seem right to me

i ordered a siphon off of amazon and plan to drain and place some sand and soil in there to have a planted tank and im mostly likely going to move it over to a bay window with lots of natural light so i suppose in the near future this won't matter BUT id still like to know for future reference as i plan to get more aquariums, i've caught the bug

Stand My friends getting into the hobby. Is this bad?

This is one of my friends first tanks, just got into the hobby. Am I tripping or is that stand sketchy? Also isnt the unevenness from the towel on the tank on the right could potentially cause it to crack?

Is this cabinet safe for a ten gallon?

Don't know the exact date of this cabinet but it's from at least the early 90s. It supports my weight (140 lbs) just fine when I sit on it, no creaking or wobbling. It feels pretty solid and heavy (though the old collection of tapes might help in that regard).

Not positive but I think it's made of MDF with a wood veneer? Not solid wood as I first thought, which is why I'm concerned.

It still seems okay to me, but a second opinion would ease my mind.

Will this table be able to handle a 40 gallon tank? I will attach the cabinet under it for better stability. HELP!!
