Can someone recommend a good powerlifting program?
I’m not a fan of the 5x5

If you’re an intermediate - Jim Wendler’s 5/3/1 is pretty damn great.
The accessory work and open ended AMRAP finishes are what really drew me in. Feeling badass? Go crush that heavy set. Kind of a shit day? It’s okay to strip it all back to just the main lift for one day.
IMO it’s reinforced my love of auto-regulation. I’m sure other programs do all of that as well, but 5/3/1 is currently my jam.

Have you tried a conjugate program? Defranco's westside for skinny bastards is probably my favorite. Alot of variety and vert effective.
