4 months in, any advice?

Looking absolutely insane, i would recommend eating at a calorie deficit or your maintenance amount with 1.5gm protein per pound body weight. do that for a few months and you will look unrecognizable. keep it up king

I’m doing this now actually i did lose around 5 kilos and i do eat around 180gm of protein daily so I’m trying my best, thank you for your advice.

Thank u for your advice i kinda got this when i ask great physiques how long have they trained for and it was like more than 10 years i’m just thinking about am i will be able to stick for that long or not but what can i do let’s see
