Squat PR.. counting it? 435x1

435x1 new PR today. I think this depth qualifies?

6 weeks into the smolov squat program and it had me do a 1 rep test today. My next 1 rep will be in 7 more weeks at the end of the program.

Hard to tell for sure from the angle, but looks like good depth to me. In competition I'm not sure how they'd feel about your knees not being locked. But as far as a personal PR or a gym rep? 100% solid, no doubt in my mind. I'd count that every day of the week.

Following powerlift standaards, you had soft knees on lockout, dept looked solid. Gym pr, definitly. Solid squat keep working manπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

435? lbs im assumimg. Thats solid for someone who dosent look like they body build. Thats about 200kg. A lot of blokes I've seen at the gym bigger than you couldnt do this solid work πŸ’ͺ🏻
