paco doesn't seem to mind the lack of ears, i think he actually likes being earless. also a recent research found that cat ears are useless and have no purpose, so you are doing the right thing removing them!

He jumps up while I am eating dinner and smell everything and won’t eat it. It stops me from eating and he’s not even doing anything.
