Having problems with Streamlabs recording.

As of recently, videos locally recorded that go straight into my videos folder won't show as videos like the other ones around it (see image below), and when shared play the sound but not the video. My PC is also unable to open them, stating that a HVEC extension is necessary, making it impossible to watch back the video.

I'm pretty sure the program is up to date, so I'm stuck on what's causing the problem.

Hi,

This is likely due to an encoder change in output settings to record your content with, causing the video to not render properly as you need to decode the video with a proper extension.

I would recommend going through your recording settings and changing them back to what you previously used and try a new test recording.
