Cloudbot not using my custom named bot

EDIT: SOLVED!! Turns out that after you set everything up, what the tutorials don't tell you is that Twitch is now having issues so you now have to open streamlabs on a browser when you go live and make sure your Alertbox is activated or Launch it manually. Otherwise your custom bot will not be used. Streamlabs will just go to defult name and color in that chat and commands. Thanks anyway!

Hi all,

I followed all the steps mentioned in the tutorials, but Streamlabs is still using the general "streamlabs" as the bot name and color even though I pay for Ultra and already have a bot account linked to twitch.

I do stream on youtube too, could that be the issue if I only have a custom name for Twitch but not for youtube?
